1.	Non-Refundable Fees
Once paid, course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.	Certification Charges
A separate fee of ₹200/- is applicable at the time of certification, covering postal and administrative charges.
3.	Certification Eligibility
Students must successfully complete all required tests to be eligible for certification.
4.	Assignments & Project Work
All assigned assignments and project work (if applicable) must be completed fully to qualify for certification.
5.	Certification Application Process
Apply for certification only after fulfilling all course requirements, including tests, assignments, and projects.
6.	Delayed Certification Charges
If certification is not applied for on time, additional charges will be applicable:
•	After 1 year: ₹500/-
•	After 2 years: ₹1000/-
7.	Course Access & Validity
•	Access to course content (live and recorded) is only valid for the duration specified at enrolment.
•	Extension requests (if available) may incur additional charges.
8.	Live Class Attendance
•	Regular attendance in live sessions is strongly encouraged.
•	Prolonged absence without prior notice may limit access to support and guidance.
9.	Intellectual Property & Content Usage
•	All course materials, including videos, notes, and assignments, are the intellectual property of DOTNET Institute.
•	Copying, distribution, or sharing of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10.	Technical Issues
•	The institute is not responsible for internet or device issues on the student’s end.
•	In case of technical problems on our side, the issue will be addressed promptly, and recorded sessions will be provided as compensation.
11.	Code of Conduct
•	Respectful and professional behaviour is expected in all classes and communications.
•	Misuse of the platform or inappropriate conduct may lead to suspension or termination of access.
12.	Instalment Plans
Students interested in instalment payment options must contact our counselors. All terms shared by the counselling team are binding and must be followed.
13.	Modification of Terms
The institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official channels or the app.
